Hello, Rockdale families!
During its March meeting, the Rockdale SD 84 Board of Education approved the recommendation to administer registration and activity fees beginning in the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. We understand this is a change from the previous two school years, during which our families were not subject to registration or activity fees. A list of registration and activity fees for the 2025-2026 school year are provided below.
We are aware that these fees may have a significant financial impact on our families. If needed, we encourage you to complete the School Fee Waiver form, which can be obtained in our school office. All families who would like to be considered for a waiver of registration and activity fees MUST complete the School Fee Waiver. School Fee Waivers will be available beginning July 1.
We will begin to collect fees for the new school year on July 1. You are welcome to pay these fees through the TeacherEase app or through the TeacherEase website using a debit or credit card. Please note, you will incur a 2.99% + a $0.30 fee for all credit and debit card transactions.
A reminder that any family who completes registration for the 2025-2026 school year on or before May 23rd, 2025 will receive a $25 discount off registration fees.
Registration Fees:
School Fee - $100 ($25 Technology Fee Included)
8th Grade Graduation Fee (Cap and Gown) - $25
Activity Fees:
Band Fee - $25
Choir Fee - $25
Baseball or Softball Fee- $25
Basketball Fee - $25
Volleyball Fee - $25
Track and Field Fee - $25
